Plus wait time while placing a call can take a half an hour as it goes directly to an automated system.ģ. You will deal with a nurse practitioner who will "relay" your medical concerns. Trying to get a doctor to take your call or calling you back is very slim. Average wait time in office has been an hour to an hour and a half.
This has been my ongoing concerns about this medical group.ġ.
